The Blackberry 8830 is not a touch screen phone. This phone was released in the year 2007. The 8830 cannot connect to Wi-Fi unlike newer models of Blackberry. Although this phone allows user to view documents, it won’t let them open a document that was saved in their mails. It can’t be upgraded to newer versions of Blackberry OS so other features especially the new apps cannot be used in this phone.
